Is the 2015 Supercab larger?

Personally, I'm astonished they kept suicide doors for the SuperCabs. GM, Ram, and Toyota all have regular style doors for their extended cabs now. I was sure Ford was going to take that course as well...

Looking at pictures, the Supercab looks bigger then the previous truck.
When I bought my 2011 the extended cab looked tiny. The 2015 looks bigger. Is it?
I like my Supercrew but I've probably only had someone sit in the backseat a dozen times in over 2 years. The supercab might be a better option for me.
