Default 2015 Sport front bumper molding removal

I have a 2015 F 150 Sport, someone rubbed my painted bumper molding taking some of the paint off in a parking lot and need to get the molding re-painted. Has anyone removed the bumper molding? I am trying to look for how much is involved with remove the molding myself to try and save some money on the repair cost. If anyone has come across a how to video that would be awesome.

Thanks!

In Georgia collision shops can only charge $30 per hour for labor for removing/installing parts. Even if they charge you two hours, which would be ridiculous, you'll be better off in the end. You are almost guaranteed to break tabs/clips when removing the grill in the center of the bumper. You must remove the grill in the center of the front bumper in order to remove the bumper. Next you have to remove the bumper in order to remove that end cap moulding. When removing that moulding, you're almost certain to break some of those tabs. Pay someone to do it, if they break it they have to pay for fixing it.
