2015 - Present Model Year, Ford F-150 TSB/ Recall Listing

Excellent question.
Most people don't understand the purpose of a TSB. Most customers are not aware of TSBs, as they are largely used by the dealership repair operations to more quickly identify and address a common complaint/issue.
Customer complaints for an issue may eventually drive the NHSTA to begin an investigation with the manufacturer. If the results are serious enough, a recall occur. Recalls mean the manufacturer has to send out notices to customers and inform them that they must bring the vehicle in for repair, generally at no cost. The Takata airbag or the GM ignition switch recalls are good examples. Most recalls are direct safety related issues.
On the other hand, a TSB (or technical service bulletin) is issued by the manufacturer to the dealerships, typically for when an issue appears to be affecting multiple vehicles, but does not rise to the level of a recall. Therefore, You will NOT be notified (e.g., by mail) of a TSB because they mfg is not required to proactively notify you (like they are for recalls).
Also, just because a TSB was issued doesn't mean YOUR truck will experience the issue. What the TSB does is give the dealership a way to quickly identify and repair an issue when a customer brings his/her vehicle in with symptoms of that problem.
Unlike a recall, a dealership does not HAVE to perform the "repairs" for a TSB. You can't just show up with a list of TSBs and demand that they do all the work in the TSBs. They must first confirm that your vehicle IS having the issue. If they can confirm it, they will do the repair. If NOT, then they won't (dont' have to). Again, not EVERY truck will be hit with the issue identified in a TSB.

The 24-hour clock setting does not stay set after the vehicle is turned off for a little bit.
It keeps reverting back to the 12-hour format. Ford SYNC support gave me bad advice at first and told me to get an update that didn't exist for the SYNC system to fix it.
Still an open issue, I wonder if this TSB has anything to do with it.
My truck was built before 9/8/2015 though.

More Seat Wrinkles
It's convenient that the seat wrinkle TSB only covers the driver front seat. Now that I have had some activity in the back seat, the center seat is developing the same big wrinkle. I can also see some signs in the passenger seat.
