Default 2015-no heat

Morning all as the title says i have been having issues with heat only when its really cold like -25c. Not all the time but has happened 3 or 4 times in the last month. Hoses going to heater core are hot so must be blend door actuator? Any help appreciated. Thanks

i think you are on the right track, if both feed and return lines to the heater core are hot and the fan is working, im guessing it has to be the blend door as well.

With a 2018, it should be located at the dealer. You're under warranty.
