I'd raise hell at my dealership if they told me there is nothing they can do.
My 22 year old Ford manages to keep water out of the cab just fine. But for some reason ford can't figure out how to keep water out of the cab of their brand new $60k truck.

Once we as consumers drive a vehicle off the lot, we are pretty much screwed and have no consumer protection, unless a serious malfunction that could cause a loss of life.

Then I'd do the only thing left. Take my truck to a Ram dealer and trade it in for a Ram. Send a pic to the ford dealer of me with my new Ram.
If I had this experience personally it would make me jump brands.I don't have the time or money to hire a lemon lawyer.
I'm getting a promotion in April. I was thinking about getting a new truck. Even though I would never get a moonroof, I am thinking twice about buying a new Ford after reading this thread.

And that is exactly what ford wants you and others to do, move on! They want the squeeky wheel to move on! It relieves them of the bad press, warranty repairs and dealing with long time ford buyers with (perceived minor) issues they have no desire to fix or can fix!

All I'm asking for is the quality I supposedly paid for and an attemt to fix it. But when you get ford says this is normal, its like you are joking right? I can clearly see there is an open gap in the outer corners and the water pouring in is the proof. Here is another kicker, I started a claim with the regional service rep and after a five minute conversation, she closed the case and said there is nothing they can do for me. So instead of saying bring it back to the dealer and we will try something, they just shut it down there and then. Do you smell cover up? Cause I do!!!!!!!

My first of three cases was closed out and lied that it was fixed by the regional manager. She wouldn't return my calls. Had to open a second case and started to realize the joke is on us. Regional managers don't do anything but tell you to get with your dealer and then call you once a week to repeat the information you already know..."oh your moonroof is still knocking, we'll get it in to your dealer so they can look into a fix" Don't get your hopes up when you think you have moved up a step in the process of a fix, powerless managers is their real title.
I'm on my third case started by the next level (legal) still hasn't helped fix the problem. Recommend everyone send in the motor vehicle defect form now

by certified mail to Big Ford, send a copy to your state attorney and bbb so we can get action.
Any other thoughts on how we can collaborate in our huge numbers on this forum to get Ford to fix our trucks??? I'll reach out to my nightly news connection and push for national coverage on our lemon trucks.
Start your lemon law paperwork if your dealer has attempted three fixes then your can begin the process. Several 2015 f150s have already been settled by Ford Motor Company under Florida's lemon law website.

The reason they are telling people this is a normal vehicle characteristic is so they can skate around the lemon law. It would probably be a very expensive recall. If they don't even attemt to fix it they figure they are safe, I guarantee you that is what is happening. In my state you need four unsuccessful attempts to fix the problem. They think they are dealing with a bunch of idiots that will just take it, WRONG!!! Anyone in their right mind can see its not normal to have water streaming into the vehicle and there is no backup if one of the drains clog. I have already pointed out the flaw, all they would have to do is fix it and I would be happy and I wouldn't even be on the forum saying anything. I am just asking for what I paid for. I would also like to have the peace of mind knowing that when ever its rains I will not come back to a flooded truck.
