2015 Halogen to LED Headlight Conversion

How long have you had these?
I bought my blacked out switchback version from a guy online that had just bought them from Dawson at RaptorRetrofit. Before I bought them ($1,780), I made sure Dawson would back the warranty and since they were only a couple of weeks old, it made perfect since.
Dawson agreed to back the warranty but I have had continual problems out of the lights since the day I bought them. Hyper flash on the dash, one headlight not working with DRL often, and several times one outer LED amber while the other is on white.
Dawson sent replacement modules 2x in 6 months and references it must be a moisture issue, which it wasn't. I have lubed up all connections with dielectric grease and used nearly a roll of tape per side on the connections.
Now my driver side outer LED is completely unresponsive; I was told I had to mail the headlight in. I let my halogens go (was never told to keep them), and now in order to get my problem fixed I either need to be without my truck for 1.5 weeks or buy some halogens. Not my idea of a good warranty plan.
Hope you all have better luck than me, but this ordeal has been nothing but trouble.
Also I did read about the moisture issue, so I doubled the adhesive and used spray on plastic coating to ensure that it wouldn't happen. If it STILL gets moisture in it, then I have no idea how else to prevent it.

I have started a thread for those of you that may be having issues with your conversion setup. I have received private messages and thread posts requesting to start the new thread not to bash Raptor Retrofit or Dawson, but to have open information on what issues you are having, how you fixed them, and if the issues stayed away for good.
