I got almost everything I wanted in an XL. You can get quite a bit now in an XL, since the Gucci trim models have gone so off the charts. The XLT is now a fairly luxurious model in itself. The only thing I really wish I had was a power driver's seat or more manual adjustments, especially height. I'd like to crank it down a little.

It really is as easy as finding a power seat, adding a power and ground wire to the harness and bam, 8 or 10 way electric seat. I think there may be some black sport cloth XLT seats out there that are powered, would make the swap real easy.

Just got all my wiring ran. Going to my daughters bball game and will pull my seat and bring it inside to swap all the fabric/foam. Will install tomorrow, hope before the rain moves in. I bench tested the seat, everything works perfectly.

I agree they do look much cleaner. If you end up with PTM handles or gloss black handles its going to pop out that much more.

I just bought a leftover 2017 XL. I had kind of an odd wish list and this fit the bill the best .I had the dealer add the OEM trailer brake, remote start, a Linex bed liner and window tint. Love the truck so far, side steps coming this week .
