People like you make forums unpleasant. If you don't like his style, keep scrolling. I'm not sure if you're expecting him to care about your opinion or if you just really felt the need to say that. Good grief.

I have been lurking on this site for a while now as I wait to pull the trigger on my own '15, but after seeing so much drama with many other users, it is this that brings me out of the shadows. As there are so many
hundreds of thousands of trucks sold in the US every year each owner strives to make each one "his or hers." I find it odd that you sir would criticize someone that tries to do just this. If it was your intention to criticize the lack of payload or take the "truck" out of being a truck, may I direct you to the Lightning. That thing was a truck, but do you not consider it a truck because it couldn't haul a '35 travel trailer? To each their own I say, because that is what makes these vehicles special.
That is all.

I'm not huge into the big rim low pro tire thing, but it actually looks really good. To each their own in my eyes.

Yes, he is entitled to do what he so desires to his truck. But if it bothers him that the someone makes an opinion, then perhaps he should reconsider posting the pic. Honestly, when I will post my new truck, after it arrives, and if someone responds negatively (i.e., not liking my guard color), then so be it. It won't offend me. Some of you guys are so touchy.

Again, if you publicly publish your picture in a public forum, you open yourself for both positive and negative criticism. Won't be a problem for me.

Now for my opinion...what a way to ruin a nice looking platinum. You gotta wonder who he is trying to impress. More than likely, most won't be impressed. Is he wrong for doing this? No...to each his own. But this is a free speaking forum as long as our conduct is within its limits.

Good grief you thinned skinned whiners!

All points (good & bad) well taken guys. My comment was more of an observation than an intent to hurt someone’s feelings. I’ve just never seen such low profile tires on a pickup truck before but I agree that beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

And, if you post a comment that is in poor taste in a public forum, you open yourself for both positive and negative criticism.

You know... free speaking forum and all that.
