go size up an 88 F-150 and an '88 ram.a '49 chevy and a '49 ford. or for toyota sakes, a 1st gen tundra and a 10th gen F-150. I could go on.....

there's no more difference between those or so many others, than a brand new tundra and a 13th gen F-150. guess fords always looked just liked the competition.....

at least the 13th gens actually look excellent. nice change for once.

no more difference than there always has been.....the old toyota pickups vs same age ranger are 1 example......theres no more similarity between new tundras and 13th gens than superduty fords and OBS chevys......or an '87 chevy vs '87 fod and rams....

Agreed to most of the above except the point to where they dont look the same haha! Honelty theres only so much to change in a truck anyways. This is a discusion left to opinion and mine is i think they look like a tundra. Haha yours is different either way its all good man!

well it's like this, they're in competition, there's only gonna be so much difference. they're gonna be the same but different, that's often how sales are won over. are there similarities between the 2? yes. a lot. are they the same? far from it if you ask me. but everybody freaks out over what similarity there is, but they've always had that similarity.

Maybe the competition is simply copying the best selling 1/2 ton?

could be. the (very similar to 13th gen) atlas came before the new tundra, so if you're going that far, you might say the tundra looks like 13th gen....

The 2015 looks like the Atlas Concept. For those that keep likening the new F-150 to a Tundra; please get an eye exam - the body lines are completely different; same with the interior, rear, and even the front fascia. That leaves only the grill itself that is remotely similar. Overall, the new F-150 looks excellent and the Tundra looks like a big mass with a swathe of disproportionate pieces.

I bought a 2014 for the savings and I wanted my truck now, but no denying that the upcoming model is a beautiful truck.
