That's what it is, a PR stunt.
You really think that with all this publicity, Jimmy Fallon is actually writing a check to Ford for a measly $50k for his truck. Come on.
The Tonight Show has used it's clout to bully around competitors and become the monopoly of celebrity guest talk shows. Ford is ceasing the opportunity.
Maybe he really did like the Ford more, I hope so, but I think it would be naive to think Jimmy Fallon is really just shopping for a truck and that's all there is to it.
It's a conspiracy maaaan

But we are to believe that Jimmy Fallon, host of the biggest late night talk show on television, on one of the largest networks on television, owned by one of the biggest and wealthiest companies on planet earth, is actually 'buying' this truck and was really just 'shoppin around' to decide where to spend 'his' $50k.
It's a nice little story though.

Actually this kind of annoys me. Over at mustang6 they have TONS of high def renderings of mods etc and over here we have zeeeero. Then we have one like this which is (no offence) amateur but goes to show how much more potential this truck has to look badass. Where are our professional photoshopees who can make up some renderings mustang6 style??

Just curious. Does anyone know why the tach is different in the two pics? One has a red numbers on the high rev, and the other matches the other numbers....? Seems weird that it would be dependant on the trim level. Thoughts? Answers haha

The 1st pic has the optional bark screw adjusted to full transparency. That's why the red shows up better than the lower quality tachometer shown in the 2nd pic.
