My 2015 F150 SCREW, XLT Sport truck has had the frozen door lock problem. Doors that wont open or doors that don't latch, as happened to us, are a serious problem.
My warranty goes out on mileage before it times out based on my March 2015 warranty/delivery date and am nearing 50,000 miles in a few months.
Dealer visit they told me they need to see the problem to fix the problem and hadn't heard of the TB on frozen door locks anyway.
I want a Ford Customer Service rep to contact me and say what I can due to resolve this issue.

I have also had the froze door latch problem. I have actually had ALL 4 door latches replaced as well as the tailgate latch that also froze and wouldn't open. I told Ford to either fix it right this time or I'll get a lawyer and get my money back! They replaced the latches but now the warm weather is here so who knows?
NOW my fricking sunroof only opened part way and jammed.....and it is being replaced next week. It is just one thing after another with this damn truck and I have about had it this F150. By the way I drive a 2015 Super crew and it is my 7th new F150 and by far the worst truck I have ever owned. It may have all been covered under warranty but in all honesty it isn't worth the effort anymore and I'll probably be dumping the truck in the next month or 2. Not even certain if I'll buy a F150 anymore. This truck has put a very bad taste in my mouth.

All four of my doors have frozen since new & voted accordingly. Just got the TSB done in the heat of the Summer so will have to wait until Winter to see if it works. 4/2/2016 Dearborn build.

Last and only winter, had lock only freeze a couple times, drivers side only, usually thawed that day. No problem with latches. This winter I will take it in as soon as it does it again.

2015 XLT FX4 Sport SuperCrew 6.5-foot bed. I live in Eastern Ontario where we get a lot of mild afternoons followed by freezing cold nights.
Purchased in February '15, no issues until the end of that winter, but the last 2 winters have been horrible with non-functional power door locks and driver door latch that would freeze open. I learned quickly that locking the door (by pushing down the button at the back of the window sill, even if it was resisting) would force the door to latch shut.
I had so many issues with the driver's door that the entire latch assembly had to be replaced. Also had TSB 16-0155 (rain shields and latch rods) done and the locks were freezing again 10 days later.
I pushed the issue with my dealer, shooting a video of the non-functional rear door locks and emphasizing that rear seat passengers would be trapped in the event of an accident, whether they tried to open the door or I tried to open it from the outside.
Tomorrow, all my door latch assemblies are being replaced, as my dealer's Service Manager was advised to do. I'm asking for the part numbers of the parts being removed be recorded to see if they're just replacing the latches with the exact same parts or using revised parts.
This coming winter will be the true test. If the locks and latches freeze again, I'll keep pushing for a more effective resolution... Unless a new, working TSB comes first of course.

All 4 "lock actuators" were replaced using part numbers:
CK2Z-1521812-G
CK2Z-1521813-F
CK2Z-1526412-E
CK2Z-1526413-D
I'm told these are revised parts and should fix the issue... Now the wait until the freezing temperatures arrive in Eastern Ontario to prove that.

A little lack of clarity in terminology, but as per the answer my dealership's Service Manager received from his Ford Customer Service Representative, here are the parts that were installed in my truck today.

CK2Z-1521813-F
CK2Z-1526412-E
