It's the super Bull bar. I emailed them and they said they didnt have one to fit the 2015 trucks. I bought it and thought I would just make my own brackets to fit it. Reality is the brackets and bar fit my 2015 way better than it does the model it was meant for.
I had bought one of these for my wifes truck when it was new a 2013 F150. I had to do way more modifying to make it fit her truck. And it was supposed to fit hers.
On the 2015, just order one for the 2013-14 remove your tow hooks, and the little plastic pocket around the town hook. Bolt the brackets on they fit perfect. And thats it.
