They aren't trucks meant for the sales lot. They are dealer demos and they take them all over Canada for the local dealers to have a chance to look/drive/learn about the new trucks that will be on the lots in the new year.
They had a demo in the Northlands parking lot a few weeks ago here in Edmonton.

I saw a silver 2015 XTR in Edmonton at the Ford Credit office this afternoon. They have a lot more presence in person.
In talking to a guy driving a '15 Platinum Super Duty i found out there are some preproduction trucks around on the streets.

Where is the shifter at?

XLT shifter stays on the column, right?

The builder site shows it in the floor console if you select the bucket seats, but I think it's like the current hen truck and stays on the column. :/

If you order the sport package you get the flow through console and floor shifter. I don't the shifter anywhere in these pictures.
