Jump seat is stuck in the down position.

Any tips on how to fix? I've tried moving the driver and passenger seats all the way forward and backward. I found the fabric loop in the fold, the black handle and the very bottom one. Here's the video showing one of my attempts:

The black handle is the release. Has anything fallen down into the mechanism?

Not that I've found. It was like this on the lot but I didn't realize it until I drove off. Going back in the morning, was just hoping I could fix it myself. :\

I went to use the jump seat yesterday, and noticed it was stuck. It appears as though my seatbelt is also the culprit. How did you fix this?

Mine did the same thing but it was the seatbelt that was not releasing. They ordered a new belt and pretensioner and all is well.

It's the seat belt pretensioner. If you really want it up in the mean time you can take the front seats out and tilt the center seat towards the rear of the vehicle and the seat belt will temporarily un jam. It will work normally until folded down again.

Any updates on this problem? I have my center front seat stuck as well....

FYI the center seat is totally separate from the driver and passenger. I took out all three when I added heat elements to the seats.
