I picked up my truck today. They did not fix it. They said that they believe it's a problem, but don't have a fix yet. They'll "let me know". They did say that the trucks they have on site at Ford are doing it too, so... I don't know.

It really makes you wonder why this was not discovered in pre-production models. Were they built differently than the production ones? To me, replacing an entire dash is scary stuff.

I also have my dash lifting, but think I'll wait and see if they can solve the problem before anybody starts tearing my new truck apart.

Here is my dash, minor lifting on passenger side. Nothing on driver side.

Eventually, it might start popping up on the edges. Particularly along the two panels by the defrost vents.

I wonder if this is XLT exclusive or the leather wrapped dashes are having this issue as well? Or will?

...Brittany, where'd you go? Can you offer some insight perhaps, as to what Ford's position will be on this, other than to "wait and see"?

Following along, mine has this as well. Stared at it on a 1500mi road trip. My only flaw so far, but I cant/wont stare at it for the life of the truck.

Ive not seen her publicly comment on issues, she will take down your info and set you up for appointment at dealers or escalate issues. I would guess this is a Ford policy.
