2015 Anzo Headlights

I've had my Anzo Gen2 switchbacks for about a year now and last week I started having an issue. The orange "halo" is very dim and flickers. I've checked all the connections for a loose wire and everything is nice and tight. I even soldered the wires as opposed to the wire taps that are included so I know its not the wiring. Well today I got an email from Anzo saying I needed to send them back so they can inspect them. I even sent them a video of the issue. How can they expect me to drive my truck without headlights? Needless to say I'm VERY disappointed in the response to this issue. Anyone else have a warranty story like this?

Worst hairday ever...
With cheap aftermarket headlight assemblies like Anzo's there's always the possibility of going bad eventually. One week, one year, 5 years later. Keep your OEM's ready for the day it happens. Other options:
leave it the way it is
disconnect halos on both sides so they match
open it and fix it yourself
Buy a second set for use while the first are being checked, when the warranty replacements arrive sell them, or keep them as spares.

Always keep your OEM parts. When selling/trading a vehicle, return it to stock, unless the prospective buyer wants it all modded. I've made out many times doing this. Selling your aftermarket parts can be lucrative, and help finance mods on the new vehicle. Everything, even a Borla SType and suspension parts were sold within a week of selling my 12th gen.
The only aftermarket parts I've got left for a 12th gen are some retrofit heads.
