Just curious as to what the whole cutoff looks like with your HIDs since with LED bulbs, my cutoff basically looks weak and unfocused when it's far from objects. A 55w HID kit is probably in my future.
This is about 26ft from my garage door with a very slight downward slope away from the door. I had just adjusted the passenger side up so the 2nd step is visible thinking it might give me more distance on the output on that side. While it does throw the light further, I don’t like seeing the 2nd step while driving around, so I’ll adjust it back down tomorrow night. Obviously a higher end projector retrofit would give a better cutoff & distribution, but I’m happy for the amount of $ I have in these.

When adjusting the height, do u look at the top of the step, or the lower level part?

I set the lower level part of the step of the drivers side light to the height I want since that is the light closest to oncoming traffic, then adjust the passenger light height based on the drivers side cutoff.

I’ve read at a distance of 25ft, the height of the cutoff should be roughly 3 to 4 inches below the center line of the projector to keep the light from glaring oncoming traffic.

I have a 2017 F150 with the Halogens.. I bought a set of LED high and low bulbs from F150LED's and put them in my Halogens and BARF.. they sucked because it seemed like all the light was just right in front of my truck (was instructed to install the LED's in a 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock position) and not anywhere near the point in front of my truck that the stock bulbs were. I asked around and was recommended to either change the housing or just replace my stock Halogens with a 9011 high beam and a H9 low beam so I removed the LED's and returned them to put the 9011/H9 combo in. I literally LOVE how far the light throws in the Halogen housings on the low and highs with these.. however I still find myself really loving how good the Anzo's look with the switchbacks. I found a set local for $350 but I'm afraid that no matter what bulbs i put in, that I will just end up disappointed with how I have crap for range of light in front of my truck. Would the 9011 and H9 bulbs also look like crap in the Anzo housings? I'm not trying to spend $600 for high low beam lights and housings to only have them shine all over the place. I really liked the color of the LED's I had, but they were pointless because the light wasn't projected.

Anybody here did replace the LED board for ColorSync and/or fancy light sequences (somewhere along that line) on your Anzo perimeter white lights? If so, can you direct me to a thread that relates to it. TIA!

UPDATE!
STAGE 3 MOTORSPORT'S customer service manager called me and is sending me out replacements asap! The issue was getting an RMA from ANZO for the Switchbacks, which had a blemish inside the housing on the lens. So I can tell you they did the right thing and took care of me. Thank you STAGE 3 MOTORSPORTS!
