  1. I disconnected both the C406 and C408 connectors. Inspection confirmed no sign of moisture or corrosion. I applied dielectric grease and reconnected.
  2. I attempted to perform a Rear Camera Calibration procedure but it aborted @ 8% completion and Forscan instructed me to perform a self test to identify any DTCs
  3. I completed a self test of the rear camera with no DTCs found
  4. I completed a self test of the BdyCM and 2 DTCs were found:
    1. B143B:11 Autolamp On Input: Circuit Short To Ground (seems unrelated to my camera issue)
    2. B143C:11 Headlamp Off Input: Circuit Short To Ground (seems unrelated to my camera issue)
  5. Since I did not have access to Forscan the first time I installed my aftermarket replacement camera, I went ahead and reinstalled it and attempted the rear camera calibration procedure using Forscan. The result is the same as item 2 above. The procedure aborted @ 8% and instructed me to perform a self test to identify any DTCs. I also got a repeat of the camera views I first reported at the top of the thread (see first photo).
  6. Finally, I just ran up to my dealer and bought an OEM camera. Plugged it in, ran the calibration procedure and the result is no different.
Open to your input on next steps. I'm back to thinking an issue with the IPMB. I see two service procedures associated with the IPMB. One is an IPMB Module Reset and the other is a IPMB Local Interconnect Network New Module Calibration. Barring a better idea, that's probably what I'll try next.

Thanks again.

Bringing this one back from the dead. Did you ever find the solution to your problem? I am having the exact same issue (same DTC - B-115E) only a few days after the dealer replaced my cam phasers. Might be a coincidence but i'm wondering if there is a broken wire or loose connection from the grill being removed. I am going to dig into this weekend and looking for your solution so i know where to start.

If he did, he wasn't nice enough to post the solution.
