My opinion is that you will not see much improvement. A mod like this would be great if you were adding a supercharger, but on an otherwise stock truck, I just don't think you're gonna be able to tell much.

Thats my $.02

Unless you are tapped out on HP and have all the bolt on mods or running a supercharger/turbo the stock Throttle body should have plenty of flow.

Sounds like a waste of money unless you're outflowing the stock TB

Besides going supercharged I'd suggest a custom tune and headers would have the most HP increase

The "seat of the pants" feel will be negligible.

I put a TB on my Mustang and could tell zero difference. The 8hp BBK claims is probably so high in the RPM range that you would never use it. I haven't seen their dyno, so please forgive me if my assumptions are incorrect.

Either way, I see it as a waste of money, but it is your truck. Do as you please man. πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ

Skip it. Even if it were worth any power, there are cheaper/better ways to get it. Ford decided the stock f-150 tb was good enough for 385 and 435 hp, but not good enough for 526.
