2015-2016 F-150 Audible Pop From Kicker Subwoofer ***SSM 46643***
SSM 46643 - 2015-2016 F-150 Audible Pop From Ford Accessory KickerŽ Subwoofer After Ignition Is Turned Off
Some 2015-2016 F-150 vehicles equipped with a Ford Accessory KickerŽ subwoofer may exhibit an audible pop from the subwoofer after turning off the ignition. Reprogram the audio control module (ACM) using Integrated Diagnostic System (IDS) release 105.03 or higher. Make sure you are connected to the internet when entering module programming to obtain the latest updates.

The way this SSM is worded leaves some questions.
Are factory installed Kicker systems not affected, or only those installed as a Ford Accessory?
I'm sure I am over thinking this...

I'm under the impression factory installed systems aren't affected.
If so this won't be covered by warranty.
Would seem that someone should have the new calibration installed, then compare As Built data before and after. This may be something that can be edited with FORScan.
