2.7 Tuned Trucks Feedback

I've had my 2.7 tuned by Torrie from unleashed since day one. I can tell a definite improvement over stock. The truck isn't slow to begin with, mine seems makes more power down low, has plenty of grunt at high speeds if I need it. I also like the fact that he was able to disable my auto start-stop feature with the tune. I probably would have paid $500 just for that option alone.
I'm not out racing or beating on my truck, I currently have over 20k tuned miles on my truck and I've not had one mechanical hiccup. I would recommend you doing a lot of research before you buy a tune. Torrie tuned my ecoboost mustang, so I was familiar with his work, and I already had the tuner available.
best of luck

sounds like you are working hard on both having a premature engine failure and transmission failure... neither will of course be covered by the Ford power train warranty

What is the purpose of these gadgets? This is the first time I've heard about them. I know the 2.7 on my 2016 is super responsive and I don't really understand what you can gain or even notice by adding one of these doohickeys?

Anybody got a 2.7L with an eco-tune? I'm looking to squeeze miles out of the truck as a DD (like 8mi/day around the city). I also haul near my max paylaod capacity to FL and back (about 1k miles, round trip) about once a month...so I'd like something to get power+economy on that trip as well. Then a 91/93 perf or perf-tow would be fun on top of that for if/when I haul a trailer.
