18 ecboboost exhaust
 

I've got a 18 3.5 ecoboost and I'm looking to swap out the stock muffler. Any recommendations? I was looking at the borla touring cat back dual rear exit system but... ive seen a couple with the duals and not sure I like the look from the side of the vehicle(you can see too much pipe) So I was thinking maybe just a muffler replacement on the stock system. Does anyone have any experience with the borla 400436 looking for a similar tone to the 3.5 raptor.

I've yet to hear an aftermarket exhaust sound good with the 3.5 EB. In fact I've heard some that make it sound worse. Not easy to get a good "tone" out of it.

I do realize that, like I had mentioned I'm just looking for pretty much the sound of the raptor. Was hoping this muffler would give me a similar tone. I don't want the v8 sound and am not expecting anything near.

You aren't going to get the Raptor tone with just a muffler swap.
