Your issue sounds like a tranny issue to me, but man with what has already been done you'd think it would have been solved. Same problem trying to solve my issue unfortunately.

Agree.............I've had a vibration issue while decelerating pre-lift and post-lift since truck was new. No difference before or after lift. But, when I slip it into N while coasting the vibration goes completely away.

Anyone have the full part number for that bracket/damper pictured in the beginning of this thread? I’ve been searching for one to try out on my ‘15 that doesn’t have one but have yet to locate it.

edit: i see the number “FL34-7F123-AB” on the sticker/bracket in the picture but am not coming up with anything. Is that the only part number?

*update...sort of

So the truck spent mon-fri at the dealership. They hooked it up to an accelerometre and still didn't find anything, no fix. Now its going back in Aug 13th because the 'engineering team' has more troubleshooting sugestions. lol

I opened a lawsuit against Ford under the lemon law. Good times.

*Update....

Ford set out an 'engineer' to the dealer ship to troubleshoot it. They replaced all four rotors then decided it was the leveling kit that is the culprit (the truck was purchased from a used dealer with a level kit and a block in the rear). They said the kit is throwing off the angles and screwing with the pinion. They're returning it to factory height at no charge next week once the 'parts' come in. I read many threads, or arguments, on whether or not a level can cause such issues but I guess I need to play the game with Ford until I get a positive outcome.

***Final Update***

Sorry for the delayed info, come to find out, the entire problem WAS the leveling kit. They returned it to stock height and BOOM, it rides perfect. I've been driving it for a few weeks with zero issues. I feel like an *** for thinking it was a drive train issue but I can't believe its a usual problem with a leveling kit. Oh well! At least I have a bunch of new parts.

....soooo.... tomorrow a 4" Rough Country is being professionally installed. lol

When I put lift block on my 2016, I ended up with a noticeable vibration under heavy acceleration. Once I removed the blocks (because I didn't like the height), the vibration went away. Not the same issue, but interesting anyway. I only put a 1.5" level on my 2018 and other than a kind of loose feeling at center, it's fine. Glad you got yours figured out!
