put in a help ticket or call Phoenix’s that have prettty decent customer service. They might even be able to Video chat with you to point you in the right direction

Buyer beware!!!! I purchased a unit for my Ford f150 on March 5th from Phoenix android radios. Received an empty box on April 17th. I contacted the company and they have been less then helpful. Emmanuel hung up on me. I asked to either have my monies refunded or provide the radio to me. Alex (manager) told me I was blackmailing and extorting them. I was willing to give this android radio a chance despite its issues. However this company is shady and unprofessional. Not worth the ri

sorry to hear you have been having crap luck with them. First I’ve hear of them having **** poor customer service. Hopefully they step up and make it right.
ive been fortunate enough to have good dealings with them about any issues I’ve had since I receiving my unit a few weeks .

BS, i can ship an empty box as 5lb all day, they are more than happy to take the overages. If it was UPS you could call and open an investigation and they could review what it weighted at each depo that ran it if they are setup to verify weights and dimensions, With usps you can try but you will have much better luck with filing a complaint with your credit card company and they will likely charge back the seller.

Honestly this is your best bet. Just take it up with the CC co and be done with it.

Because it is international only they can start the investigation with a international inquiry and they refused to do so. Why would they. They have my money already. I did try to make a complain to the post office and they said they can do nothing because the sender has to pursue the investigation. I tried to allow the company to make it right and as you can see they refused. I have now contacted my CC company and they are going to conduct their investigation. I also filed a complaint with the BBB. I have also posted a comment on every youtube video that they have out there telling everyone to buy with caution.

Dealing with usps sucks no matter what way you cut it. If you push hard enough and tell them that the sender refuses they should help you, but its going to depend on who you get. We ship only by ups and fedex now, who are no angles but do have some kind of support and are a whole lot more timely than the post. We still have customers that demand usps and we basically tell them they are playing russian roulette. Hopefully your CC company can help you out.

Default Same problems with mine. No sound, No response from Phoenix

2. bluetooth: i seem to be getting two bt signals, the sync signal and the tablet signal. the sync signal works but its not displayd anywhere on the screen so i can not connect to it.. the tablet bt is working but i get no sound output, or its overrided by the 'console' sound

3. reverse camera flickers and only shows the actual reverse image for fractions of a second at a time, i already found another 4inch user with this issue
Has anyone figured out how to get sound working. I have FM radio sound but no App or phone call sound. I think it has something to do with the Sync 1 pass through. I have been Messaging and emailing Phoenix for the last four days and they haven't replied to me. I am considering contacting my credit card company. There doesn't seem to be any Warranty, Tech support, or refunds with this company. I had the 4 inch screen and realized there would be issues but having no sound wasn't one I was warned about.

How did you get your sound working? I only have FM radio sound. No sound from the tablet Apps or phone calls.
