Most features from the factory, like steering wheel control, backup camera, Bluetooth phone calls, etc, are retained. For many Chevy, GMC, Cadillac, Infiniti, and Ford vehicles, the OEM UI may also be displayed and controlled on the head unit screen, thus retaining almost all factory features, including SXM radio, OnStar® and SYNC®. Will all factory features be retained?

We have yet to map a steering wheel switch to activate the feature. Sometimes, factory AUX input is also lost.

I appreciate the response, but I'm still not clear. I have a basic sync system with a 4" screen. If I get this unit, will it us my existing SXM tuner? The information provided on their website is vague and leaves the door open for some configurations to not work properly. From what I've gathered, the unit itself does not have SXM capability, and will either rely on an 3rd party hardware tuner like the Commander Touch, or I guess in some cases the cars own equipment. I'm just trying to find out if I will retain sync with my basic 4" sync system, or if I'm gonna have to look into a 3rd party tuner.
