I am interested, but the warranty seems to be extremely weak at 1 year. Do you have information on the following topics?
How long are system updates (firmware/software) provided by the company?
It appears the system is loaded with some type of navigation maps (TomTom, proprietary, etc.). Does the company provide map updates? I noticed an option to upgrade to use Google Maps & Waze.
The operating system is based on Android. How long does the company support Android software updates?
These questions may be better addressed with the company, but thought you might already know the answers.

Iv’e had mine for about a year and there has never been a cost for radio software updates. The people I’ve dealt with at linkswell are very friendly to deal with. You can get “igo navigation” installed when you purchase the radio and it’s as good if not better than fords gps mapping. Updates for that can be had for around $ 80.00 every quarter if you want them that often. Ford updates their map every blue moon and they want over a $100.00 and you never know when the next one will be!

I have just discovered these products from Linkswell and need to find more about they're products. I really like the size and looks of the Gen1V radio screen. I am really intrested in the 360 degree camera display product and saw a youtube with it hooked up to the original XLT screen. I was also intrested in the Gen4 screen and it's compatibility with carplay. Carplay does google maps so well that I got to have it working well in my vehicle.

I need this. However, I have many questions
- What stock functionality will be lost?
- Sat radio?
- Can the factory GPS and mic be used?
- Will the ford pass functionality still work?
- What is the optional DVR with ADAS driver assist?
- Are all the manual climate controls replicated
