Default 100,000 mile service done

Did 100,000 mile service at 110,000 miles

3.5na
plugs still looked good
front axle oil was still clean before changing
rear axle oil still clean (no clutches like old limited slip to contaminate fluid anymore) changed
transfer case oil clean - changed
trans fluid dark and dirty (changed at 50,000 before)
coolant changed - getting discolored some

I think in reality plugs could go 200,000
front and rear axle oil could go lifetime
transfer case oil could go lifetime
coolant could go 200,000
Trans fluid may start changing at 25,000 intervals (snowplowing)

Just an FYI the lv trans fluid turns dark after about 5k miles or so by nature.

I thought trans fluid isn't supposed to be changed until 100,000 miles per the service manual

You may want to check the plug gap, even though they look good. I changed the plugs on my son's 3.5 recently. They looked good, but must have burned down a bit. All plugs were 010 over

Kevin, What brand did you use for coolant? Did you use Motorcraft or a different brand?

Brake Fluid? I would suggest trading out the brake fluid at some point soon - I like a 2-3 year interval. I rely on my brakes ALOT because of city traffic. Knowing Chicago traffic I'd say you probably do too.

Otherwise good to see. How many years are on the vehicle?

I would never judged the look of a spark plug to determine serviceability. NO WAY 200,000 MILES. Never heard or read of it.
Denso Corp. claims it but I don't believe it.
