Default 1" Wheel Spacers

I've read that people are able to run 1" wheel spacers with the stock wheels because of the pockets they have.

Is anyone running these? Can you post pics please?

I currently have 1.5" and feel they stick out a bit too much past my OEM splash guards for my liking.

I don't have any personal experience with this as I also have 1.5" spacers.

From the research I did, it is hit-or-miss whether you will have to trim some length off the OEM lugs in order to fit inside the pockets. Some OEM wheels will fit without trimming, some will not.

You can use the 1" spacers with the 20" Sport or Platinum wheels.

That is correct from what I remember from the research I did before purchasing mine. However, the 1" spacers will NOT work on the 18" sport wheels. The pockets are not deep enough and you would need to buzz the studs down.

I found that out the hard way. Lenny at BORA graciously exchanged them for 1.25" which IMO is about perfect.

18's are only 7.5" wide where the 20's are 8.5" I thought. So you would need a bigger spacer with the 18's.

Ah, that would make sense.

Ya I mean you would need bigger spacers just to get the equivalent offset of the 20's with a 1.5/1.25".

I installed the 1" spacers this week and they fit with the sport 20's. They're tucked in a bit more which should prevent so much far from getting stuck to the sides of my truck.

I also have 1" Bora spacers installed on sport 20's. No issues.

Actually, only issue is that the dealer refused to work on my truck to replace front 4wd actuators with the spacers installed, so I had to remove them myself before taking it in...

Really? The dealer I go to has replaced my actuators twice while I had the 1.5" spacers installed.
