Question 1.25" Wheel Spacers w/ Platinum Wheels - 2016

Has anyone installed 1.25" spacers with the 2016 Platinum polished aluminum wheels? I was wondering if you had to trim the studs or if there were pockets behind the wheel that will accept the extra stud that sticks out beyond the spacer. I'm not really in the mood to grind down 24 lug nut studs.

I know the 20" sport wheels will allow you to add a spacer with no trimming of the studs.
Also BORA wheel spacers have great reviews.

Everything i've seen is the 1.5" and 1.25" work with no issues and the 1.00" will likely need the studs trimmed.

I did not have to trim studs with 1" FG spacers.

Good to know. Do you have the stock 20" platinum wheels? What tires, level, etc?

From what I understand 1" will work with platinum and sport 20's only.
