Hi Crystal
it's a 2015 with 4 thousand miles. I did write to ford service also with all my information and tried to explain my situation. You'll probably find my info on yesterday's log.
Thanks

Default Seat A/c

Hello and nice to meet you.

I see that there is several of us with the new 2015 that are having issues with the a/c in the seats. The bottom part of the seat works but the back of the seat is not putting out any air.

Does Ford have a fix for this yet?

Also just curious - why does ford advertise for the 2015 4x4 3.5L EB to get 17mpg to 23 mpg and get an average of 19 mpg when that is not correct. The highest I have gotten since March (when I traded my Raptor that I loved for it because i needed better gas mileage), and i have reached 19.6 mg on a highway which i had to slow down to 60 for several miles to get that. I am lucky if I average 17 mpg and that's pushing it. Also I do not drive it hard what so ever. It is very disappointing.

Sorry I am loading my frustrations on you. Just right now after having Ford F150's for years and have loved them - I am again disappointed in this version.

Default New Rep (Meagan)

Hey Meagan, hoping you can answer this since the last ford rep never did. So I'm sure you've heard of all the issues people have had with the long awaited sync update for us without the Myford touch whatever. Many problems I see people experiencing. Luckily I chose not to update bc I don't want this aggravation. My question is, Is there a fix in the works for the issues people are having with this update? Most problems I see are with the people that have the nav. Hope to hear some good news.

Default SVT Raptor tailgate on non-SVT trucks?...

Will a 2010 Raptor tailgate fit properly on my 2012 Platinum 4x4 truck without any modifications?...
Thanks in advance.

Hi Belushi,

I'm just the person to help with any SYNC concerns. I can't speculate on an ETA for the next update; keep periodically checking ur Owner account at Owner.Ford.com

So no point in updating now and being extremely disappointed?!! Is it gonna take 3-4 years like the last update?

Belushi,

I'm unable to give an estimated timeframe on future updates, but continue to check your Owner account using the link I provided above. Also, keep an eye out on Media.Ford.com for announcements.

HI, I have a problem with my 2015 F150 Platinum. For the last three weeks my truck has been at the shop because a few faults came up on the dash display and the thing started to go crazy on me. In the past three weeks the dealer service has replaced a couple of modules which did not correct anything and the last I heard the part they were waiting on this time is on back order and could be a month or three no one knows…
In the mean time my bills are coming each month to pay for the truck for which I do not physically have and am not able to use because its broken. I put 2800 miles on it and as of today I still do not have an answer as to when I will be getting the truck. Finally when I asked to return the truck and get a new replacement truck last friday, they offered to ask for a Ford field engineer… Even talking with a regional service manager did not provide any insight at all, I have recorded phone messages from case manager who calls me and asks whether I have any new information from the service because they were unable to speak with anyone because the service was already closed. On two separate occasions I got a phone call from the regional service manger with essentially the same theme. I am very frustrated and being that this is my first Ford truck, the experience has been Awful since day one of placing the order. My question therefore, is there a competent person working for Ford who is able to reflect the quality service that is promised by Ford? or Is it only for show?
Thank you
Thomas Wojciechowski

Hey, folks!

The best way to reach out to us is via PM or on the threads specific to your vehicle's concern/model year. This thread is where we introduce new members of the Ford Service team.
