Hello from germany,
i own a 16 F150 5.0 and was trying to register me at owner.ford.com
...it dont works. What can i do to register me there....without proxy server etc ...with my real adress.

Not a reply, but a question. My Dealer doesn't want to help, but my paint job SUCKS- 2016 F150 Sport 4x4! EVERYTHING that touches this truck scratches it! Just over 1500 miles on it and 6 weeks in and there are scratches everywhere! I notified the dealer, at least 3 people including the General Manager, and they only looked up TSB's and complaints so they aren't doing anything. Help! They knew about this within the first 2 weeks, besides!

I would love a buy back option. My 2016 f150 xlt quad cab 4x4 I purchased with 8 miles on it has antifreeze in one of the cylinders. I noticed antifreeze fluid level was dropping at about 4500 miles and told the ford dealership the fluid was dropping when I brought it in for a oil change. They said they did a pressure test and it was fine. I don't know for sure if I believe they did or did it correctly. So I see it's down again I add antifreeze fluid to the line and notice check engine light went on, so I brought it in and surprise there is antifreeze getting into the cylinder. I am at 10,000 miles now. This problem was most likely there when I bought it. Now they will have to remove the front of truck to remove the entire engine ! I am sure it will never be the same now. $40k I paid for this truck!

I wanted to let everyone know that we recently changed the FordService avatar; we decided to do this to more closely match our other service accounts. I'm sure going to miss our "vintage" look, but I have to say that the new design is just as awesome!

They have not been on the site since Feb 2nd. Pretty ridiculous. Use the manual for contact procedures, or try Facebook or Twitter.

Will this avatar change stop interior rattling, rough idles, Sync blacking out, and transmission slams? I know the truck has high miles (7,700). Asking for a friend...
