I know exactly what you're going through. I have a bulging disc between L4 and L5, a protrusion between L5 and S1 and leakage that is settling on S1 and S2...lower back is screwed and really slows me down (and I'm only 54) but, at least I'm still on my feet and can drive.

Hope you get your truck back soon and it's as good as new.

Holy cow Triton that sounds pretty rough. What do you do for pain management? I have been thinking about taking up some Yoga but my schedule is pretty tied up already.

Well for the first 2 months I was on 500mg of Naproxan every day. I was also doing hydra therapy and physio therapy 3 times a week. A lot of stretching and no impact exercises. I have since stopped taking the Naproxan and got back to my medical cannabis oil again, that seems to be helping out better for the pain.

My Doc says that it is inoperable at this time, I told her that it will be inoperable for all time because, I'm not going back under the knife again, especially not on my spine.

I have heard great things about the CBD oil.
My tool truck guy got some blood cancer, and the CBD oil cured him !
Its amazing a plant people used to smoke to get a buzz has so many medical benefits !

I'm glad you are getting some relief from the pain !

Thanks Phil. Right now I'm big on the THC side of it, 22-25% and only 5% CBD. I use it mainly to help me sleep because I also had 2, 4 compartment fasciotomy's done to my legs about 10 years ago. The right leg never did heal up because the surgeon cut to deep and now I have permanent nerve damage on the inside of my ankle up 6 inches on the leg, and because I was no longer able to keep up on the 13km ruck sack marches, I was no longer deployable outside of the country, so the military medically released me.

The cannibus works great for sleep, I'm a lot calmer, according to my wife and I almost forget about the pain. And with this medical cannibus, you don't get a high like the normal stuff, so I can take this stuff at anytime and still be functional.

Well I finally got my truck back. I picked up some new wheels and tires while it was getting fixed up.

Nice, but why did they put aftermarket boards on it?
