Default Dent in aluminum hood

Anybody know how to remove a dent in the crease of the aluminum hood? I have a 2018 F150 I just got and was waxing the hood standing on my tire with the palm of my hand on the hood and pushed the hood in. When I let go it came back but there’s a don’t in the crease in the middle of the hood now. Any suggestions?

2 weeks after I got my truck we got hit by a hail storm, the cab of my truck (2013) is steel but the hood is aluminum. I took it to a local body shop and their PDR tech smoothed everything out as if nothing ever happened.

Aluminum is very tricky. A good PDR can do a pretty good job.

You need a good PDR guy to fix this. The reason I say "good" is because I used to be good, but on steel. I can't seem to get dents to look clean on aluminum. Steel has a memory and wants to go back to it's original state. Aluminum takes on the dent and believes that to be it's new shape. Aluminum is difficult to work with so a "good" PDR tech is needed.
