Before Bondo.
I worked @ Ford stamping, metal finishing.
In cases similar we used 3/8" steel rods about 30" long between bends (reverse 3" long 90s) poked a hole in a good leverage area, twisted rod to raise dented areas although none as bad as yours and worked the metal back to near original, if there were creases we used lead (in your case Bondo, over filled area and filed it to a finished job, brazed hole closed... next panel.
We used oiled HD terry mitts to highlight progress in area, again in your case water. Patience and perservance and you'll get it and probably without removing anything, if not then buy what you need.

Forgot this!
The work end(s) were flattened to a chisel shape and some to a flat non sharp point.
In our case we had multiple rods for whatever the need or made one to work the damage.
Hope you try it, its actually quite rewarding. Most of the time. 😠

I could fix that . and use only 1/8 inch of filler to finnish it off . . No it cant be PDR , the metal is too stretched . . You can take the door trim off and start to hammer it out and or pry it out . frame looks bent too slightly but not bad .
Its an easy repair a shop like mine would repair and paint the bottom section for about 350 -450. Or you could find a used door thats the same color
