Default Raptor won't start?

Has anyone had a problem with there raptor not starting? It just keeps turning over, then turn key off and on and it starts. Only when it's cold. Took it to two dealers in Orange County, Ca both said there is no problem then one said it was the trans and rebuilt it. Then told me to just turn the key half way and then wait 5 seconds then all the way. It will start. What a way to fix my problem?

Why would that have anything to do with the transmission needing rebuilt?

The first thing I'd try is replacing the ignition switch. The next thing I'd look at is the neutral/park safety switch (the little thing that keeps you from starting the truck in gear).

I believe its a fuel pump issue. The dealer said it was tested and its fine. It turns over about 10 times, then starts. Or I turn it over twice, then turn key off then it start right up.

That's easy to test. Pull the line and have someone turn the key while you hold the end over a bucket. The instant the key is turned you should have pressure. The only reason there would be 'lag' would be if the truck sat long enough for the pressure to bleed off.

Is it possible you got some bad gas and plugged the filter?

I think that on these new models of 150's the fuel pump builds the pressure as soon as you put your key into the ignition. Or at least it should. I can here mine do it every morning. On my old 01 chevy I would always turn the key to on and wait a few seconds to let the fuel pump get going and then start it, just a habit i got into. But I definitely agree it sounds like a fuel problem.
