Raptor issues?

Thanks for the suggestion. Mine's a 13 with the revised DS though so it's not the cause of my clunk.
It's definitely the suspension on the front passenger side. Dealer admitted it had a noise coming from there, but said it's normal for the High performance FOX shocks to make that sound, then handed me a TSB printout stating it was normal... I then asked why it only happens on the front, right side.. silence is all I got back. Went to second stealership and after explaining the problem and taking the tech for a ride they referred to the same tsb.. ..said there was nothing they could do. I hate service departments..

Yes there are starter problem
I have a 2013 raptor with 40,000 miles and I have starter issues. I have been to two dealers and they can't find the problem. I just replaced the transmission under warranty. It turns over 10 times and then starts.

Are you still experiencing this concern after having the transmission replaced? If so, PM me your name, phone number, VIN, and dealer info, and I'll see how I can help.

Just joined the forum yesterday. I see this thread is pretty old, but I have 68,000 miles on my 2012 Raptor and the only repair I have had is a solenoid replaced in the transmission. It was out of warranty but Ford replace it for free. I think there was a TSB on it.
