I have this setup.

Before when pushed hard the factory unit would begin to squeal. This has eliminated the squeal even with the addition of 37s.

As far as I know there is no power steering cooler from factory. This gives you are larger reservoir and "added" cooler. What cooler might be leaking is something different.
