My distributor bolt was loose on shaft, if it turned and i cant seem to get the timing back i have fuel going to injectors spark and battery power i can hear both relays kick on then one shuts off but still wont start

you wont get much response in the raptor forum, might try reposting pre 1997 f150s. sounds like your not at tdc top dead center. which means it wont run, or will run like crap until you get your timing back in. might also check to see if your getting spark in more than one plug. my old 4.9 had an issue with the top of the distributer as soon as i pulled the cap i saw metal bits in the housing. so no transfer of energy to the plugs
