Hello There,

I am new to this forum and seeking some help. My 2014 F150's engine block cracked with driving. No aftermarket parks installed, always serviced at Ford as per maintenance schedule. Truck was towed to dealer and they have no idea how this can happen and they are not able to explain the cause. Contacted Ford Canada and their answer is "We are sorry this happens, but we can not help you"
Dealer is advising me to replace the engine that is approx $14K. Truck has approx 120K mileage on it. Please advise if this is a known issue.
