Default Would you buy a diesel F150?

Simple preference poll, how likely would you choose a mid-sized diesel engine option in your next F150?

I'd be all over that. Ford had plans to bring a diesel motor from Australia over for 2011 I believe... Obviously cancelled. Idiots

Only if the EPA changed their emissions requirements. They have handicapped the fuel economy of diesel. Power is there, but fuel is more expensive as is maintenance. So with things as they are, I'll stay with gas.

I would jump on it.. Yes diesel is more expensive all around but look at the life span on those things. And gas will be the same soon just gotta make the rest of the truck last that long

Good point about it lasting longer but then again it just means your paying high maintenance over a longer time period too.
