2012 f150 3.5 ecoboost 198k miles.

is this transmission mount in need of replacement? i am trying to isolate vibrations in my cab. when i lift up on the transmission with a jack i can get it to go away. not sure what a good transmission mount should look like, first truck!

 

also, here is some brake torquing, should i look into replacing these also? i read if one is shot you generally replace all of them

 

yea something is definitely loose there, hard to tell exactly what though
