Default Trans help

I've been having transmission problems for awhile now. First off its a 2006 5.4L CAI, flowmaster and superchips tuner. Last year I fried my trans mechanic put a used one in and 3 months ago it went. Had that one rebuilt (took 6 weeks cause I wasn't paying full price). Everything seemed fine but two nights ago I jumped in and put it in drive and she wouldn't move. There was a loud "clunking" noise from under it. Put it back in park, blocked the tires and put it drive again and watched my driveshaft bounce back and forth. Trans works fine if I manually shift it from 1-2-D but in just D it acts up. Did pull a P0720 code and changed the OSS sensor but problem is still there. Anyone have any ideas. I need my truck my wife is ready to give birth any day now

Update: drove 10 miles to the shop today, manually shifting when I needed to, when I got to the shop the problem was gone. Mechanic said there was nothing wrong with the truck.

Before I drove it to the shop I replaced the OSS with the one from my fried trans. It was still acting up, I drove it to the shop, manually shifting and problem went away. I'm thinking sensor was bad and computer had to reset itself. Anyone have any suggestions on where to get a brand new sensor (brand) I would go to orielly but it's hit and miss with the experts in there
