Default Phasers, Manifolds and Actuators, OH MY!

Last week my 2010 Platinum started the dreaded intermittent shaking at an idle with 126,xxx on the clock. I have been researching on here for parts needed to repair this problem and have seen where "ford" phasers are the recommended. I called the dealer today and they told me $323.57 each!

ON TOP OF THIS, I already need to fix/replace the passenger side exhaust manifold leak(broken studs).

PLUS, the lower heater blend door actuator!

If this truck wasn't in such good shape I would just unload it. BUT, I love my truck and plan on keeping it.

QUESTIONS:

Anyone have any suggestions on where to get the phasers cheaper?

Tips or tricks to help out with any of the above installs?

New engine vs. Repair? (Longevity of repairing vs. reman?)
