Engine Swap on 1978 Ford F150
I'm new to the forum and in need of guidance. I recently bought a 1978 Ford F150 and now need a new engine and transmission. I was wondering what type of engine and trans should I get? Something with power, but gas mileage efficient.

Without knowing anything about your truck or what you want to do with it, put in a 302 with a C4 transmission. This may be the start of a conversation as to how to proceed.
