And what about headers for a 2004 4.6L. Worth it or not. They are pretty inexpensive these days and if I have to pull off the exhaust manifolds anyway, I was thinking I might as well get a pair....

Not sure what other post you sound like you're referencing but that's why I put headers on mine. I thought I had a manifold leak. Now I do, but that's because the shop I took the truck to was absolute crap

No referencing, but I have ticking at startup and then it quiets down. I thought it was a exhaust manifold leak. If I have to tear into it to replace gaskets, I thought maybe it would be benficial to put on headers...
