could use some input here...the gotts mod sounds pretty cool.. what i am wondering though is if it would be any better to run your pvc tube down and then to the front so that when u are going down the road air is rammed into the tube... you would have to have a vend in it but at this point not worried about the looks because all that can be imaginitive just wondering if performance would be better or not.

i had good response from the Gott Mod alone. I figure if you take it down to a ram air type you would have to put a 90 degree elbow on it and it would not flow as well as a custom ram intake tube. Plus ram intakes are usually 2 tubes merging into 1 at the throttle body. All I can say is for the cost try it and see how it works. Will probably cost you less then $20.00 to do it. What is $20.00 in todays world. Which motor do you have by the way? I have 1 5.4 and 1 4.6 and did the Gotts to both. What a differnce for only $6.00 each......
