Default Front end HUMM/WHINE at highway speed

Hi All,

2012 F150 2" coil spacer lift in front, 3" block in rear. Experience HUMMM/WHINE noise in front end at highway speed. Can't for the life of me figure out what it is. BUT it shuts up when i shift into 4x4 auto. Anyone on here have any previous knowledge of this and what it might be? I am sure there has been someone else with the same problem on here but i can't find a related thread. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Ben

Default Front vacuum actuator

Jack the front of the truck up so the wheels are off the ground. Start the motor, turn the tires by hand. One of the axles will turn with the tire. The actuator is bad on that side. Do this test while in 2 wheel drive.
