Default Difference between F150 and F250 5.4 3V?

Hey everyone, I have an 07 F250 with the 5.4 3v. It has a lower end knock and will not idle once warmed up. It has 205k on it I am looking at used engines and was wondering if an engine from the F150 will be the same? I didn't know if anything was different and it is hard to find F250 5.4's to begin with. Thanks for any help.

I THINK the oil pans are different. I have a lurking memory of this subject coming up 2-3 years ago.

yes the oil pans about a 1.5 in deeper, that can be swapped out easy. What concerns me is the oil filter housing does anyone know if it will fit as it is or if it has to be moved?
