Default Engine "tapping"

So I watched that video (episode 22) and my engine (2007 5.4 v8 47k miles) seems to be making the noise most similar to the first noise presented. The guy in the video says that would be the fuel injectors. Should I get them replaced? What would cause fuel injectors to make that kind of tapping noise?

BTW - This is my first post

In the video, as you said...mine actually sounds like the injectors as well (more of the diesely sound than the knock). Mine is a 07 5.4 as well.

As far as I have read and know this a problem on the 04 and up 3 vavle 5.4s. I don't believe we have to worry about it.

i'm getting prices figured out to do them myself... do any other places sell the parts or is it a ford only part? i'd like to get them cheaper if possibly as ford quoted me $222 per side plus tax... and would the limiters made by comp cams help or are they just a bad idea

Default "Baby rattle" sound under load

2004 F150 5.4. Recently changed plugs and coils, but sound still persists under load, especially going up hills. Could this be a fuel octane issue?

Default Cam phaser parts

Hi guys,
I live in Australia and own a F150 2003 harley Davidson I have the ticking and rattle problem and would like to buy the:
1) the cam phaser kit left and right
2) the lifters
3) vct solenoids left and right
4) possibly the timing chains and tensioners

Because this car was never sold here and was a private import ford Australia can't help me out so can some one please help me out with where I can go on the net to buy the parts? I tried searching the net but get nowhere?
Also is my engine a 3v?
Thanks for all help in advance.

03 and earlier don't have cam phasers but there ticking issue is piston walking the 03 and earlier 5.4 have short piston skirts that get fatigued and eventually crack or break ford had a tsb for it and replaced several engines but then retracted the tsb and said it was normal
