Default 5.9 cummins or 7.3 powerstroke

im thinkin a while in advance but i was wondering when my motor blows should i do a 7.3 or a cummins?? my buddy says stay ford but idk cummins can produce some serious nuts. also has any1 done it? i looked on here and the only thing i found on cummins was about one guys cummins with a stuck wastegate

Are you wanting to stick a diesel in your F150? Unless you do some serious modifying.. you'll probably twist the frame from all the torque..

I'd go with the Cummins.. best diesel out there. 7.3 is AWESOME. But if your going to stick it in your F150 might as well go with the best.

true and the cummins is an inline six makin it way easier space wise

Check out this website, people do this type of thing all the time.

There is a 4cyl cummins that is great also.
Makes about 110hp and 375 ft lbs.. Was used in UPS trucks and such.
Plus they make around mid 20s in mpgs..
